Installation Instructions for Automotive PDLC Dimming Film
1.Inspect the original vehicle glass for any cracks, chips, or surface damage.
2.Remove the door panel, take out the glass, and clean the glass surface thoroughly.
3.Apply the PDLC dimming film onto the glass using a squeegee, ensuring no air bubbles remain.
4.Reinstall the film-applied glass back onto the vehicle.
5.Route the wiring harness properly and connect all plugs securely.
6.Check the dimming function, then reinstall the door panel.
7.Perform a final functional check to ensure proper operation.
